Women, youths and Pwds have been challenged not to shy off in applying tenders for roads maintenance within the County.Speaking during the Launch of 15km routine road maintenance from Kiteghe to Bungule, Voi Mp Hon Jones Mlolwa says anyone is fee to apply for the tenders.
The Mp who also launched routine road maintenance from Woghonyi-Mole- Konenyi also denied influencing awarding of roads tenders.
Deputy Director KeRRA Taita Taveta Region Eng Shem Omar says due to road damages caused by heavy rains, this financial year they are doing road rehabilitation.Residents have urged contractors involved to do a better job and also give them manual jobs.
